Aunt Wendy's Bakery Shipping Policy
Here’s a quick overview of how our order processing and shipping work at Aunt Wendy’s Bakery:
We bake all kiffles to order to ensure freshness. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern from Monday to Thursday are generally processed and shipped the same day. Limited packages are shipped on Fridays for delivery the following Tuesday. We ship via UPS.
Shipping Schedule
We will not ship any orders if they are expected to be in transit over a weekend, as we want your kiffles to arrive fresh. For orders placed on Thursdays with standard or two-day shipping, we may hold your order until the following Monday to avoid weekend transit delays.
During checkout, you can select the preferred shipping method and delivery date. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, so a street address is required for delivery.
Where Do We Ship?
We ship our Kiffle Gift Boxes across the continental United States. You can select express shipping options at checkout. All shipping options and prices are displayed during checkout.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping or deliveries to APO/FPO addresses.
Need Your Kiffles by a Specific Date?
To ensure your kiffles arrive on time, please select your preferred delivery date during checkout. We recommend placing orders a day or two in advance of special events, just in case of unforeseen shipping delays. Our kiffles freeze well, so you can store them ahead of time and enjoy them later.
Order Adjustments & Multiple Addresses
If you’ve made a mistake or need to adjust your order, contact us before the order has shipped by replying to your order confirmation email. We can also assist with orders shipping to multiple addresses—just email us at orders@auntwendysbakery.com for help.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another when your order ships, including tracking information. If you do not receive your email, please check your spam folder.
